One of the fuses in one of the fuse blocks blew/completely melted itself and fuse block. 620 I charging problems I have a 620 I and experienced the same problem with it. The problem is not in the charging system, it is in the fuse blocks under the front dash on the drivers side. It collects moisture when the gator is washed and corrodes the terminal and fuses. I cleaned the fuses and the terminals and it is working correctly now.

You need to connect you ohmmeter between the two wires and test resistance and it should be 0.01 to 0.1 Ohms. 2.
