There is no kit for this. On mine, I removed the vacuum pump and left everything else in place. If you want to remove all those solenoids by the fuel filter, you WILL need EFI to turn off the monitoring of those circuits within the ECU. I left my EGR valve in place. Yes if you change the up pipe out the downpipe has to come off as well to get the up Pipe off. Might as well do the downpipe then. The factory one is crushed in the middle while the aftermarket is a full 3" tube. You will have to have EFI or a programmer to block the codes you will get doing the delete.
